Charles B. Dumas is experienced counsel in commercial and residential real estate transaction and development, including: land use and planning; title examination; construction law; finance; leasing; and management. He is an Examining Counsel for Chicago Title Insurance Company. As a U.S. Small Business Administration Designated Closing Attorney, he performs closings throughout Upstate New York of transactions targeted to foster small business growth. Also, he represents a variety of Capital District businesses in areas that include their company organization, employee relations, contract negotiations and management, and regulatory compliance. He was admitted to the bar in 1982 and is licensed to practice in all New York and Federal Courts.
Mr. Dumas is active in community affairs and serves several Capital District not-for-profit organizations in various leadership capacities.
