What do you offer at your property?
Saratoga Gaming and Raceway offers the best in video gaming entertainment, live entertainment, customer service, and live harness racing in Upstate New York. We have over 1,700 state-of-the-art video gaming machines from the top manufacturers in the gaming industry with more than 150 of the most popular titles. Our night club, Vapor, is the hottest entertainment destination in the Capital Region. We also offer several dining options, including Fortunes, which overlooks the Harness Track, and the Garden Buffet, offering American, Asian, Italian and Mexican cuisine.
What are your hours of operation?
Saratoga Gaming and Raceway's gaming floor is open 10 a.m. to 2 a.m., seven days a week.
How old do you have to be to play the video gaming machines?
Patrons must be 18 years of age or older to enter the gaming facility and to play the video gaming machines.
What games do you have?
We have all your favorite titles including: Wheel of Gold®, Black & White Double JP®, Jackpot Party, Lucky Larry's Lobstermania™, Reel 'em In, Triple Diamond®, Vegas 5-Line, video poker, and Whole Lotta Keno. We also have progessive games in popular titles such as Jackpot Celebration, Stars & Stripes, SPAM, and Wall St. Winners. *Please note a complete list of games can be found on the Game List page.
What are the denominations that can be played on the games?
The games that we have range in denomination from 1 cent (penny games) to $10. They specifically break down as $0.01, $0.02, $0.03, $0.05, $0.10, $0.25, $0.50, $1, $5, $10, and $25 games.
Do you have video poker?
Yes. We offer six different titles of video poker games with a range of denominations on the gaming floor. All games are based on five card draw poker.
Do I need a card to play the video gaming machines?
No card is necessary to play our games. All of our machines are equipped with a cash or ticket in, ticket out function. Simply insert any denomination bill, or ticket with credits, and begin playing. When you are ready to leave, press the "cash out" button and the game will issue you a voucher that can be redeemed at the Cashier's counter located on the gaming floor.
Do you have a rewards program?
Yes. Our rewards program is called the Player Extras Club. Based on membership and point accumulation, the Club offers an extensive line of benefits. How do I obtain a win/loss statement?
To obtain a Win/Loss statement, please fill out and sign the following official request form and mail it to: Saratoga Gaming and Raceway, Attention Customer Service Manager, PO Box 356, 342 Jefferson St., Saratoga Springs, NY 12866. You will have the option to pick-up your statement in person at the Player Extras Club or have it mailed to your home address.
Is your facility handicap accessible?
Yes. We have many handicap parking spaces in our parking lot as well as ramps throughout the property. We also offer automatic doors for those patrons with special needs.
Do you have wheelchairs on property for patrons to use?
We have a limited number of wheelchairs available for guests' use while visiting us. Please inquire at the Player Extras Club.
Do you have ATMs?
We have three ATM locations throughout the Saratoga Gaming and Raceway property. They are located at the front of the gaming facility next to Treasures, at the Bus Entrance, and on the mezzanine across from Pacers Sports Bar. If you have additional questions concerning the ATMs, please stop by the Cashier's counter located on the gaming floor.
Can I smoke in the gaming facility?
No. In compliance with New York State law, smoking is not permitted inside the gaming facility or any other area that is indoors on the Saratoga Gaming and Raceway property.
Can I wager on horse races on the gaming floor?
No. To place a wager on the live harness races or simulcast races you must go to pari-mutuel windows located in the lower clubhouse or on the mezzanine.
What is the price of admission and parking?
FREE! Admission and parking are always free for gaming, racing, and simulcasting.
Do you serve free drinks on the gaming floor?
Yes. Guests can enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, soda, juice, and water while they play on the gaming floor. Alcoholic beverages are available, but not complimentary. |
